Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are approximate and may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if unforeseen circumstances arise during the project.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any changes to the project schedule.

Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer warranties on our installations as outlined in your service agreement. Warranties may be voided if damage occurs due to improper maintenance, extreme weather events, or modifications made by others. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer.

Liability

LiftNShift Pacifica Concrete Works carries liability insurance to protect both our company and your property. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage caused by acts of nature. You are responsible for securing any necessary permits and ensuring access to the work area.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to fees to cover our costs. Changes to the project scope may affect the final price and timeline.

Property Access

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and to secure any pets during our work hours. We will make every effort to minimize disruption to your property, but some temporary inconvenience is unavoidable during construction projects.

Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication may be subject to mediation or arbitration in San Mateo County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
